He represents clients in complex criminal proceedings, particularly in cases involving economic offences, corporate disputes, and regulatory exposure. He also advises on M&A transactions and investment processes, ensuring alignment between deal structuring and legal risk management.
Marcin has extensive experience in representing clients in high-stakes civil and criminal matters and has served on management and supervisory boards of commercial companies, including entities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He also acted as Chairman of the Appellate Court of the Polish Volleyball Federation.
