Krzysztof specializes in transactional advisory in M&A processes and corporate law. He supports clients throughout all stages of transactions – from structuring and negotiations to documentation and closing – combining legal expertise with a strong commercial perspective. He has advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions, acting for both investors and business owners.

He also represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on corporate and shareholder disputes. He has extensive experience in conducting civil and commercial litigation and in providing ongoing legal support to businesses. 

Krzysztof is the author of publications on practical aspects of commercial law and a frequent speaker at industry trainings and conferences. He has appeared as an expert in the “Blajer: mówi Biznes” program on TVN CNBC and TVN24 BiS.
