Maciej specializes in new technologies law, data protection, cybersecurity, and white-collar criminal law. His practice focuses on the intersection of regulatory compliance, corporate security, and criminal risk in business operations.
He advises clients on corporate security, internal investigations, and compliance frameworks, including data protection and cybersecurity audits and implementations. He represents companies and individuals in criminal proceedings related to economic offences.
Maciej gained experience in both private practice and in-house roles, including at a leading commercial law firm and one of Poland’s largest telecommunications groups, focusing on corporate and regulatory security. He also held a Corporate Director role in entities involved in the development of Poland’s first nuclear power plant project.
He is the founder of the Telecommunications Security Forum “TelSec” and the Antifraud Association, initiatives focused on strengthening business security and combating economic fraud.
